International Design Awards
Deadline: May 4, 2007
A handful of designers, thinkers and entrepreneurs created the International Design Awards in 2007 as a response to the world's need for smart and sustainable design.
Entries are welcome from students in any of the following design disciplines: Exhibition Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, Interior Design, Product Design, and Textile Design.
The Architecture, Interior, Fashion, Graphic and Product Designers of the Year will compete for this title to win:
- the iDA party in their name in New York during ICFF Design Week May 19-22
- publication of their work in the 2008 International Design Awards hardcover art book, as well as a copy of the book, to be distributed to museum bookstores nationwide
- promotion in an email blast to 50,000 design professionals about their win and the significance of their work worldwide
- coverage on the International Design Awards website.
