Title: Organic Cook

Competition: Electrolux Design Lab 2006, Healthy eating habits 2016

Award: 2nd Prize

 

Health is a growing issue in the world. We eat more, we eat unhealthy, and we exercise less. Obesity is an increasing health problem, especially among children. How can appliances change bad eating habits to healthy eating habits? How can appliances promote a healthy lifestyle and eating habits?

Organic Cook is an appliance that uses oil free cooking, grilling and boiling concept that uses infrared and vacuum technology to bring healthy meals to the table in a fraction of the time traditional cooking would require.

Project: Final year Thesis project

 

Glide aims is a new product that offers the user a whole new water experience. Breaking the water surface through a graceful and natural movement, it brings one into close contact with water and redefines the relationship between user, equipment and water. Besides employing a new method of natural propulsion, it is also lightweight and portable with intuitive handle controls, making it a product suitable for anyone, anywhere, anytime.
