Nexus 2007 Coverage
As it turned out, I was ill over the weekend and couldn't attend Nexus 2007. Nevertheless, I managed to get a glimpse at what was going on at the conference.
I liveblogged SMS updates from Siva, who works at the Raffles Museum over at Science. The liveblog post doesn't make much sense, of course. The entire context is missing.
Thank goodness for Van Tan. She was liveblogging on scene. I really admire her multi-tasking ability. I wouldn't have been able to follow the conference while blogging! Reading her post while it was being crafted, I gained some insight into what Siva was telling me via SMS.
I could sense the buzz at the conference just through her post and Siva's SMSes!
After the conference, I checked out Technorati - a blog search engine - for the latest on Nexus 2007. There was so much coverage by participants that I didn't know where to start reading. I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised by the number of blog posts about the conference since it was all about the future of the web. I was about as connected as I could be, without being there.
