Yesterday, I published the statistics for March. If you don't want to wait for a monthly update, you can monitor the popularity of individual posts in the Control Panel. From the Control Panel, go to Manage Content. Click All Posts.

As you can see, the number of post views are listed in the column next to the title. If you click the number, you'll be shown referrers. This list shows the third-party websites from which visitors came through to visit your post. Likely referrers include search engine queries or external blog posts. Note that the number of referrers will not tally with the total views (sometimes there won't even be any referrers). This is because many of the page views are the result of direct visits.

AggViews: I have to raise my hand and admit that I am not sure what this is, but I can make a reasoned guess. This probably refers to the views from RSS aggregators i.e. the number of visits via RSS feeds. I hope someone who understands Community Server better than myself can clarify.

Note that at the end of the day, you probably have even more readers than what is stated here. These statistics count views to individual posts i.e. visits to your permalink. There is a difference between the front page of your blog and the permalink. The front page will always display the latest content. The permalink, on the other hand, is a unique URL for each post. The views track visits to individual posts. These don't include visits to your blog's front page.

The bottom line? You definitely have more readers than the statistics reveal!
