&lt;p&gt;Hmm... perhaps the Fleck bar (I'm not sure if that's what it's called) can have an index of the number of Flecks on the page? These should be clickable so that the reader can jump straight to the respective Flecks. Especially useful if it's a long page. Also some might miss the minimized Flecks if there isn't an index.&lt;/p&gt;
